Harrison is a Partner at Clearcove, leading the firm's growth and managing relationships with clients, banks, lenders, and operating partners. Harrison recently Co-Led the Capital Markets team at Fermi America, where he helped structure and originate $1.5bn+ of capital raises and led several key corporate development initiatives. Previously, Harrison was an Analyst at two multi-strategy hedge funds focused on financial equities and investment grade credit.

Noah is a Partner at Clearcove focusing on opportunity selection and key stakeholder engagement. Noah recently served on the Founding Team at Fermi America, where he lead the Commercial Team and supported key capital markets and procurement workstreams.  Prior to this, Noah led the fundraising and financing efforts for a fintech startup. Additionally, Noah served as an Analyst at Crestmoor Capital Partners, a Dallas based advisory & placement firm, and 8VC, an Austin based venture capital firm.

Jeb is a Senior Advisor to Clearcove. Jeb previously served as a Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman at UBS Americas. Prior to joining UBS in 2019, Jeb served in the U.S. Congress for eight terms, including three terms as Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee. 

 

Jeb earned a BA in Economics from Texas A&M University and a JD from the University of Texas.
